The San Miguel Pilgrimage
Sunday 20 September
On the Sunday before the fair, thousands of pilgrims accompany the patron saint from the town centre to the San Miguel hermitage in the Los Manantiales pine woods: decorated carts pulled by oxen and horses, flamenco dresses, clapping and sevillanas all the way.
It sets off at 10:30 from Avenida de Los Manantiales, after the pilgrims' mass. In the afternoon, on the hermitage esplanade: Ulises Serrano, Carlos Bravo and Los del Río.
