What InforMálaga is
InforMálaga is a local information and services website about Málaga. It publishes local news and brings together the cultural calendar, duty pharmacies, health centres, useful phone numbers, weather information and a classifieds board between individuals.

Derecho de rectificación
Si una noticia publicada en InforMálaga da sobre ti un dato que consideras falso y que te perjudica, puedes pedir que publiquemos tu rectificación, como prevé la Ley Orgánica 2/1984. Mándala por escrito a redaccion@informalaga.es, dirigida al responsable editorial, dentro de los siete días naturales siguientes a la publicación, con tu nombre y una forma de comprobar quién eres. Limítate a los hechos y no te extiendas más que la noticia. Si cumple la ley, la publicamos en los tres días siguientes, con la misma relevancia que tuvo la noticia y enlazada desde ella.
Nature of the information
InforMálaga is not an official source. The information is compiled from public sources and collaborations, and is verified as far as possible, but it may contain errors or become outdated. For any critical matter —an on-duty pharmacy, a health service schedule, an emergency— always confirm by phone with the corresponding service.
Accordingly, InforMálaga does not guarantee that the published information is accurate, complete or up to date at all times, and is not liable for damages or losses that may arise from errors, omissions, delays or interruptions in the data, or from its use. When the information comes from an organization or entity, the valid source is always theirs.
This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, nor does it affect the rights that consumer regulations grant to users.
If you spot an incorrect piece of data, write to us at hola@informalaga.es: we check it and correct it.
Health
The health section provides contact and location details for healthcare centers. It does not provide diagnoses, medical recommendations, treatment guidelines or dosages under any circumstances. If you have a health issue, consult a healthcare professional. In an emergency, call 112.

Ads are posted by users under their own responsibility. InforMálaga does not intervene in transactions, does not verify the items offered, and does not act as an intermediary. You can report any ad from its own listing. Bulletin board rules.

Fotos y vídeos de los lectores
Las fotos y los vídeos que nos mandan los lectores son de quien los hizo, que nos da permiso para publicarlos con su nombre en las condiciones de «Mándanos tu foto». Una persona de la redacción revisa cada uno antes de publicarlo. Si una foto o un vídeo es tuyo o sales en él y quieres que lo quitemos, pulsa «Avisar de esta foto» o «Avisar de este vídeo» debajo o escríbenos a hola@informalaga.es y lo retiramos.
Texts and photos
The texts, our own photos and the design of InforMálaga belong to its owner or to whoever signs them. You may link to any page and quote an excerpt with a link to its source. To reproduce a whole story or its photos, ask for permission at hola@informalaga.es. Data we reuse from other sources keeps each source's licence, as detailed above.
Links to other websites
We link to the websites of public bodies, media and businesses because that is where the original information is. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for what they publish. If a link no longer works or leads somewhere it shouldn't, let us know and we will remove it.
Applicable law
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights the law gives you, including the right to go to the courts where you live.
