Villanueva del Trabuco renews its traditional porrilla with mushrooms festival, which this year is called Festival de Sabores y Tradiciones. It will be on Saturday, November 14 in the plaza de la Libertad.
The programme starts at 9:00 with workshops and demonstrations. At 13:00 the tastings from the guest villages open: porra archidonesa from Archidona, tagarnina from Villanueva del Rosario, zanahoria morá from Cuevas Bajas and dishes from Colombia such as the arepa de huevo, the empanadas, the sancocho or the bandeja paisa. At 14:00 comes the free tasting of porrilla with mushrooms and the award ceremony for the best typical dish. Radio 80 and the Asociación de Vinilos close, with DJ Satur and DJ Maletas.
