The festival is part of the «Verano del Este» program of activities, which includes events in the different neighborhoods of the district.

The featured performer of this edition is the cantaora Paqui Corpas, linked to Olías since her childhood. According to the note sent by the Ayuntamiento, Corpas has had national exposure on the program Gente Joven of TVE and has received the Premio Don Antonio Chacón of the XIV Concurso Nacional de Arte Flamenco de Córdoba and the Yunque de Oro of Santa Coloma de Gramanet.

The cante lineup is completed by Luis Heredia «El Polaco» and Manuel Cribaño «El Niño de Peñaflor». Providing instrumental accompaniment will be the guitars of Antonio Centenera and Francisco Morilito, backed by Cristina Corpas and Kiko del Tiriri on rhythm. The dance will be performed by the Cuadro Flamenco de María José Obregón.

The program for this edition was presented with the participation of the concejal delegado of the distrito Este, Carlos Conde; the president of the festival, José Carlos Olea; and Paqui Corpas herself.
