Manilva opens the application period for requesting installations on the beaches of 2027

The Manilva Town Council accepts applications for profit-making installations on the beaches from October 5 to November 15, to integrate them into the Municipal Beach Plan 2027. No new installations are planned compared to the existing ones.

Those who already hold a licence for profit-making installations on the beaches of Manilva may submit their application to include them in the Plan Municipal de Playas 2027. The deadline is open between October 5 and November 15, as reported by the Ayuntamiento de Manilva through its Delegación de Playas.

What the application must include

Interested individuals or entities must detail the installations, the type and number of elements, the occupation surface in square metres and the time period for which each installation is requested. Submitting the application does not in itself constitute authorisation nor guarantee that the installation will be included in the future plan. It is subject to technical assessment, to the planning proposed by the Ayuntamiento and to the corresponding authorisations.

No new installations as a general rule

The Ayuntamiento explains that, given the current level of occupation of the municipality's beaches and the need to preserve surface for public use and free enjoyment, as a general rule the inclusion of new installations compared with existing ones is not envisaged. The exception is the areas with the highest concentration of installations, such as the central core of the playa de Sabinillas, where they would only be admitted if technically considered appropriate.

Applications must be submitted through the official registry channels of the Ayuntamiento de Manilva, within the established deadline, until November 15.
