The Colegio de Arquitectos de Málaga integrates its professionals website into the main portal

From October 19, the contents of profesionales.coamalaga.es move to www.coamalaga.es, which launches a single sign-on for the Colegio's applications, an Oficina Virtual in testing and a search engine for the Library catalogue.

The Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de Málaga has integrated the contents of its professionals website, profesionales.coamalaga.es, into its main page, www.coamalaga.es. The change affects members who used the specific platform to consult information and resources of the Colegio, who from October 19 will find all sections and applications in a single environment.

Single sign-on and new services

The renovation incorporates a single sign-on system, so that a single session allows access to the different applications and services of the Colegio without having to identify oneself again in each one. The menu structure has also been simplified to facilitate access to information. Among the new features is a new Oficina Virtual, which the Colegio places in a testing phase, designed to carry out colegial procedures and formalities. Added to this is a search engine for the Library catalogue, which allows consulting and locating bibliographic holdings.

Gradual transition

The transfer of contents is being done progressively. According to the Colegio, most of the information has already been transferred. During this process, both platforms will remain available temporarily to facilitate adaptation to the new environment. The old website profesionales.coamalaga.es may be consulted temporarily, although no new contents will be added to it from October 19. The Colegio indicates that it will continue to incorporate, review and refine on the main website the contents and functionalities that the other platform previously offered.

What to do

Anyone who needs to consult information or resources of the Colegio can do so now at www.coamalaga.es. The old address remains accessible temporarily for consultations, but will not be updated from October 19.
