Fuengirola opens horse registration for the Feria until October 2
The Ayuntamiento allows processing the access pass to the Recinto Ferial for horses and carriages from today, either online or in person, until Friday, October 2.

The deadline to register horses and carriages wishing to access the Recinto Ferial during the Feria y Fiestas de la Virgen del Rosario is open from today, Monday, September 21, until Friday, October 2, as reported by the Ayuntamiento de Fuengirola.
The process can be carried out in two ways. Online, through the Ayuntamiento's Sede Electrónica, with the applicant's digital certificate. Or in person, at the Jefatura de Policía Local, from nine in the morning to two in the afternoon.
In both cases, it is necessary to present the DNI of the rider, horsewoman, coachman or owner of the carriage; the equine health card or the horse's passport; and the civil liability insurance along with the receipt proving that the payment is up to date.
Once the application is completed, the Jefatura de Policía Local issues the pass, which is sent by email immediately and free of charge. The pass can be printed and carried on the jacket or on the carriage, and must be shown to a guard at the entrance to the Recinto Ferial through the Plaza de la Hispanidad.
Schedules and traffic rules
Horseback riding will be allowed between twelve noon and eight in the evening. From 19:00 onwards, access to the riders' route will not be permitted. According to the intendente jefe of the Policía Local, Sergio Luna, it is also necessary to follow the planned route, wear appropriate attire and follow the instructions of the Policía Local and the Unidad de Caballería of the Policía Nacional.
Luna explained that these measures aim to guarantee safety and coexistence during the festivities, and reminded of the obligation to comply with the regulations on animal-drawn vehicles, the municipal ordinance on the use of the Recinto Ferial and the instructions of the Bando Municipal de Alcaldía.
