The Centro de Innovación Social La Noria, dependent on the Diputación de Málaga, has launched a new season of the Escuela de Impacto Social with 13 training sessions that will take place between September and November. The trainings are in-person and free and will be held at the center's own facilities.

The program is aimed at social entities, professionals and entrepreneurial people, and covers content such as the development of professional skills, team management, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, process automation, impact measurement and relations with the Public Administration.

The season will kick off on Friday, September 18, from 10.00 to 13.00 horas, with the session «Habilidades Sociales y Directivas I», focused on interpersonal communication and self-awareness. On Friday, September 25, at the same time, «Habilidades Sociales y Directivas II» will be held, on leadership, team coordination and conflict management.

In October the block will focus on technology: on the 2nd, introduction to artificial intelligence for daily work; on the 9th, workflows and processes with AI; on the 15th, cybersecurity for social entities I; on the 16th, use of GPT, prompts and personal assistant; on the 22nd, cybersecurity for social entities II; on the 23rd, client, email and document management with AI; and on the 27th, the first part of impact measurement and evaluation.

November will complete the calendar with four sessions: on the 3rd, second part of impact measurement and evaluation; on the 6th, projects, reports and grants with AI; on the 13th, work processes and automations with AI; and on the 20th, a session on how to work with the Public Administration from social entities, which will close the program.

According to the note sent by the Diputación de Málaga, the Escuela de Impacto Social of La Noria has functioned since 2017 as a training space for the province's social innovation ecosystem.

The vice-president and deputy for Innovación Social y Despoblamiento, Antonia Ledesma, has noted that «training is a fundamental tool for social entities to be able to face the changes that are transforming their way of working and continue developing projects with the capacity to generate impact».

Registration is already open for the first two sessions in September. Those interested can register through the website lanoriamalaga.es.
