The city of Málaga is hosting the 52nd edition of the European Conference on Optical Communications (ECOC 2026) from Sunday, September 20 to Thursday, September 24, held at the Palacio de Ferias y Congresos de Málaga (FYCMA).
The mayor of Málaga, Francisco de la Torre, took part in the opening ceremony of the conference alongside the conference presidents, professors Íñigo Molina-Fernández and José Capmany, according to the note issued by the Ayuntamiento de Málaga.
