Rincón de la Victoria hosts the Rallye Gibralfaro on September 26 and 27
The 35th edition of the event will bring together 60 vehicles from different parts of Andalusia, with the start and trophy ceremony at the Plaza de la Constitución.

Rincón de la Victoria will host this weekend, on Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 September, the 35th edition of the Rallye Gibralfaro, a motorsport event that will bring together 60 vehicles from different parts of Andalucía: 40 in the speed category and 20 in the regularity category.
The event is organized by the Escudería Gibralfaro, with the collaboration of the Ayuntamiento de Rincón de la Victoria, through its Tourism and Sports areas, and the Diputación de Málaga. The route will pass through the municipalities of Rincón de la Victoria, Casabermeja, Moclinejo, Totalán, Comares, Benamargosa, Cútar, Álmachar and El Borge.
The day on Saturday 26 September will run between 9:00 and 23:30 hours. The official start ceremony will take place at 13:30 hours in the Plaza de la Constitución in Rincón de la Victoria. On Sunday 27 September the activity will extend between 7:15 and 16:00 hours, and the same square will host the trophy presentation at 13:45 hours, which will close the edition.
One of the novelties of this edition is that the Escudería Gibralfaro has requested a pre-inspection with a view to the event being able to qualify for the Campeonato de España de Rallyes in 2027. For this reason, during the competition there will be an observer from the Real Federación Española de Automovilismo (RFEDA), who will monitor and inspect the rally. The president of the escudería, Juanma Gómez, has noted that this edition has «a special meaning because we are taking a step forward with the pre-inspection request for the Campeonato de España of 2027».
The mayor of Rincón de la Victoria, Francisco Salado, has highlighted that during the weekend the municipality «will become a meeting point for motorsport enthusiasts», with the arrival of drivers, teams and fans from different parts of Andalucía.
