San Pedro Alcántara hosts the twelfth edition of Día del Pedal on Sunday, October 25, a family activity with the bicycle as the star. The start will be from plaza de la Iglesia and the finish is expected at playa de La Salida.

Registration on the same day

Registration will remain open on Sunday from 9.00 to 11.00 hours at plaza de la Iglesia, according to the Ayuntamiento de Marbella. No prior procedure is required: just go to that point within that time.

For all ages

The deputy mayor of San Pedro, Javier García, said during the presentation that «the goal is for it to be an event in which people of all ages can take part». García stressed the importance of promoting the use of the bicycle from childhood, both for its health benefits and for its contribution to more sustainable mobility. The councillor thanked Club Deportivo Ciclista Los Jululus for its collaboration, which he described as «a benchmark organisation in local cycling and a regular collaborator in the sports initiatives promoted by the Ayuntamiento».
