· Become a scientist for one night. Our Citizen Science project by the Fundación Descubre investigates the women who were pioneers in economic, business and legal history. These lideresas also passed through Málaga and you can help us find them. Take part in a gymkana and find the women who left their mark on our city. They are there, even if you often cannot see them. Your goal is to discover them and follow our digital historical itinerary to solve the final challenge. How will you do it? You start in Málaga's Edad Moderna and guide yourself with a compass (we will teach you how to use it beforehand), moving forward in time until you reach the present day and use My Maps (by Google) in the 21st century. Along the route you will locate key sites that will lead you to the last stop. If you solve the challenge you will win a prize. Why a history of women? Because if we investigate what was invisible for a long time, we make history more complete and fair. Do you want to know who they are? Don't miss it, we'll be waiting for you at La Noche Europea de los Investigador@s!

Citizens take part in the (supervised) research process to discover the History of the Women who left their mark on our city. Not only do we learn about local history, but we also add the gender perspective in fields where women have not historically been associated: law, business and economics. The goal is to disprove clichés such as those mentioned and include them in a fairer and more equal history. In addition, citizens develop critical awareness by taking part in the activity, as they learn about the inner workings of history and its evolution up to the attainment of rights in today's world.
