The Rincón de la Victoria City Council has opened the enrollment period for the Municipal Theater School for the 2026-27 academic year, which adds a Classical Theater group as a new feature.

The City Council is calling a photography contest to illustrate the Calendario Turístico 2027. Entries can be submitted until October 31 by sending the images by email.

The performance, aimed at audiences aged 11 and up, will be staged on October 10 at IES Bezmiliana and will include a discussion with professionals from ITA Salud Mental.

The cycling segment of the race, with more than 3,000 triathletes from around a hundred countries, will cross the municipality on Sunday, October 18 between 09:00 and 15:00, with several roads closed and alternative parking areas set up.

The Junta de Andalucía has formalised the execution contract with the construction company San José and expects works to start between late October and early November.

The City Council's Plenary approved on Thursday, September 24 the revision of the local Territorial Emergency Plan for Civil Protection, which updates the risks, resources and coordination procedures of the municipality.

The Plenary unanimously approves a motion demanding that the Junta de Andalucía ensure that the extension of the Metro towards El Palo also reaches Rincón de la Victoria.

Plaza Al-Ándalus will host the event, with 24 taps and 30 beers, live music and free admission, as part of the programme for International Tourism Day.

The Skatepark Ignacio Echeverría is holding, on Saturday, September 26, from 11:00 to 21:00, the second edition of the International Skate Open "Rincón Rampage", with free registration on the same day.

The 35th edition of the event will bring together 60 vehicles from different parts of Andalusia, with the start and trophy ceremony at the Plaza de la Constitución.
