Álora celebrates the 12th edition of the Día del Pedal with great participation
The cycling ride, open to all ages, departed from Plaza Fuente Arriba and ended with a communal rice dish, as reported by the Ayuntamiento de Álora.

Álora has celebrated the twelfth edition of the Día del Pedal, a cycling event open to all ages that brought together children, young people and families around sport and community, according to the note sent by the Ayuntamiento de Álora.
The activity began at 11:30 hours from Plaza Fuente Arriba, where participants gathered before starting the route. From there, the group of cyclists continued to the Hacienda de los Conejitos and returned to the esplanade of the Convento de Flores, thus completing this edition's route.
At the start, held at Fuente Arriba, were the mayor of Álora, Francisco Martínez Subires, the Councillor for Sports, Francisco J. Santos Berlanga, and other councillors from the governing team, who greeted the participants and gave the starting signal.
All participants received a commemorative gift as a keepsake of the day. The activity ended with a communal rice dish that brought the morning to a close.
