The Junta de Andalucía will publish a 'Guía del Agente Urbanizador', a document aimed at unblocking land and speeding up the construction of housing, as announced by Rocío Díaz during a forum organised by Diario Sur in Málaga.

According to the note sent by the Junta de Andalucía, this guide seeks to facilitate the role of the agente urbanizador, the figure responsible for driving forward and carrying out the development of developable land.

Díaz also announced that Marbella will approve in September its first Plan General de Ordenación Municipal (PGOM) fully adapted to the Ley de Impulso para la Sostenibilidad del Territorio de Andalucía (LISTA).

The Junta has not detailed, according to what is stated in this note, further aspects about the specific content of the guide nor about the exact timeline for its publication.
