Marbella opens registration until October 1 to apply for 25 subsidized homes

The Marbella City Council is processing the construction of 25 subsidized homes in Arroyo Palomera, in the Milla de Oro area, and expects the raffle for the properties to be held before the end of the year, according to the mayor, Ángeles Muñoz. Those wishing to apply for one of these homes have until October 1 to register in the Registro de Demandantes de vivienda protegida, a necessary requirement to take part in the raffle. Of the 25 homes, half will be allocated to young people and the other half will be offered under a price-limited scheme. In addition, one of the homes will be reserved for people with reduced mobility and another for people with other disabilities. The mayor has noted that this progress comes just days after the ceremony laying the first stone in San Pedro Alcántara, where another 172 subsidized rental properties will be built.
