The Agrupación de Cofradías opens the renewal of season tickets for Holy Week 2027

Season ticket holders with direct debit renew automatically, and those who pay by card or payment slip must confirm the renewal at the Ventanilla Virtual before January 30, 2027. If it is not completed, they are understood to waive their season tickets.

The Agrupación de Cofradías de Málaga has opened the season ticket renewal period for Holy Week 2027. The procedure is active from Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. and closes on Friday, January 30, 2027 at 8:00 p.m. Anyone who does not complete the renewal and payment by that date will be understood to waive their season tickets, which will be made available to the Agrupación.

Who has to take action

Season ticket holders with an established direct debit do not have to do anything: the renewal is carried out automatically. They should only write to usuarios@agrupaciondecofradias.com if they want to change the bank account or not renew all or part of their season tickets. Those who usually pay by card or payment slip must enter the Ventanilla Virtual, confirm the renewal and choose the payment method, including the direct debit option.

How to access and how to pay

Access is through the Ventanilla Virtual of the Agrupación. Those who have already used the platform keep last year's username and password. Those accessing for the first time log in with their D.N.I., N.I.E. or C.I.F., with the letter in capitals and without spaces or periods, and must change the password. The payment methods for non-direct-debit season tickets are:

Activate the bank direct debit during the web renewal, with payment by default in three instalments.
Pay by card at the Ventanilla Virtual, from October 20, 2026 to January 30, 2027.
Pay by card at the ticket office, from January 18 to 30, 2027, in a single payment. Cash is not accepted.
Download the payment slip and pay it at any Unicaja branch in the province or at Correos, from January 2 to 27, 2027.

Deadlines if the payment is by direct debit

Those who choose direct debit can pay in one, two or three instalments. In three instalments, the charges are issued on Monday, November 2, 2026, Tuesday, December 1, 2026 and Saturday, January 2, 2027. In two instalments, on December 1, 2026 and January 2, 2027. In a single instalment, on January 2, 2027.

Where to resolve doubts

La atención telemática funciona del 20 de octubre de 2026 al 30 de enero de 2027 por correo electrónico y por WhatsApp en el 676 75 95 87, de lunes a viernes de 10:30 a 13:00 y de 17:30 a 20:00 horas. La atención presencial en taquilla se presta del 18 al 30 de enero de 2027, en horario de lunes a viernes de 10:30 a 13:00 y de 17:30 a 20:00, y los sábados de 10:00 a 13:00. Debe acudir el titular con D.N.I. o un representante autorizado. Para renovar hay que entrar en la Ventanilla Virtual y confirmar la operación antes del 30 de enero de 2027, salvo en el caso de los abonos ya domiciliados, que se renuevan solos.
