The Manilva Town Hall establishes permanent contact between the Mayor's Office and the Local Police to analyze the services carried out and the possibilities for improvement in matters of security. This was stated by the Consistory after a new meeting between the mayor, Mario Jiménez, and the chief of the Local Police, Javier González.

Reinforcement of officers

According to the Town Hall, the reinforcement of officers in both the Local Police and the Guardia Civil will mean a step toward the peace of mind of the neighborhood and of visitors to the municipality.

Monitoring of actions

The meeting served to learn firsthand about the actions carried out by the Local Police and the ways to improve citizen security, as detailed by the Consistory. The Mayor's Office thus maintains direct monitoring of the work of the local force. Jiménez is the highest official responsible for Citizen Security at the Manilva Town Hall.
