What the IDR is
According to Dialnet Métricas, the IDR measures the impact and visibility of scientific journals based on the citations received by articles published in the previous five years in relation to the number of publications. The tool allows the evolution of each journal and its position within its discipline to be analysed. It was first published in 2018.
